1. Character Over Ideology

Not everyone who says all the right things is also the right person.

2. Keep Your Word

If you agree to collaborate with another member, do what you say you will do. Be accountable if you fall short.

3. Moderate Liberal Centerline

I'm going to be blunt, if you are too far right or too far left, this isn't going to work. Read more. Let's get this uncomfortable conversation out of the way.

4. Socially Responsible

Life's not all about money, power, and pleasure.

5. Opinions Are Earned

The louder the opinion, the more work required. Wisdom is knowing the limits of your knowledge.

6. Socio-Emotional Awareness

You don't have to be cool or charismatic, but we can't have you pushing people away. Read more about grey social etiquette.

7. Quality, Not Clout

Path of Grey is about authenticity. We focus on people who can truly add value to others, regardless of how big their following is.

8. Healthy Competition, Not Zero-Sum Games

Humans compete. If there's competition, let's make it healthy. It doesn't have to be a nasty, winner-take-all bout. Like the animal kingdom, we strive to have a competitive ecosystem that celebrates uniqueness and variety, not just the biggest and baddest.

9. Don't Be Petty Insecure, Re-Channel Envy

Envy has a tendency to drive smart people apart. Understand there will always be someone better. Better in skill, ideas, tragic backstory, etc. Are you going to be pointless threatened and sabotage them? Are you going to hide away in doubt? Or are you going to rise above that?

10. We Don't Sell Hope

If we ask someone to hand over money, we sell real value. Not hope. Never hope.
